Photograph of the opening for inspection over the weekend and during this week, the first of the 1955 Hullah homes was admired by scores of residents who were shown around the swallow street unit by Mrs. John Mallow (above) and Mrs. Gordon Rov. The home was specifically furnished by the Hudson's Bay Company for the demonstration period. The top picture shows a spacious kitchen, flanked by the utility room. The living room is separated from the den or spare bedroom by folding doors. The home on view was the H6 type, many on which are completed and being occupied by new owners.
