Note the debris on the structure and the part of the bank scoured away. The flow of water cut down the bed of the channel approximately 2' in the area. Man can be seen walking above. Baptist Church in background.

Note the debris on the structure and the part of the bank scoured away. The flow of water cut down the bed of the channel approximately 2' in the area. Man can be seen walking above. Baptist Church in background.
