Framed agreement for the Provincial-Municipal Partnership Agreement between the Province of British Columbia and the District of Kitimat. Top of agreement has text BC Partners in Enterprise in blue and red text with a BC flag. Bottom is signed by Honourable William S. Ritchie Minister of Municipal Affairs and His Worship Mayor Ray Brady District of Kitimat. Below is a group photo. From left to right the people include Hans Brown, ?, William S. Ritchie, Detlef Beck, Ray Brady, and Joanna Monaghan. WIlliam S. Ritchie is holding the signed agreement. Behind them are BC and Canada flags, an aerial photo of Kitimat, and another group photo with BC and Canada flags.
