"It was a long time coming for the developers of the New City Centre Mall in Kitimat but the official Grand Opening was realized at last at 2 p.m. last Thursday, October 10.
Appropriately enough, Mr. C.P. Erwin of Erwin Jewellers, the first retailer in City Centre was chosen to cut the ribbon in the opening ceremony. Above, he is handed the scissorsby Erika Rosner of Kitimat Photo."
