The members of the Lions Club and Sam Lindsay standing in a semi-circle in front of the new Nechako wading pool. The man standing in the middle (to the lady's left) is Toni Jenster, the president of the Lions Club. Mayor Sam Lindsay is standing beside Toni Jenster, with his hands behind his back. There is a young child on the sidewalk riding his bicycle, and another young child in the background riding a tricycle.
