Ashtray stand handcrafted by Norm Hansen, a millwright in Kemano. The top and base are made of aluminum fashioned in a disc-like shape, with a section of light yellowish-brown wood above the base and below the top. The top 'disc' is smaller than the bottom one. In the middle is a cylindrical rock core sample from the mountains near Kemano, marbled black-and-white in colour.
