The paper on the new conductor was presented by the two men today at the technical meeting of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in Chicago. Aluminum company of Canada, Ltd (Alcan) will fabricate self dampening conductor initially at its Shawinigan, Que, Cable mill.
