Under the direction of the Gil Pousard and Dave Allen an Alcan crew worked on this logjam at the Alcan road, until shift change Tuesday. The jam backed water up over the road north of the bridge.
"Many men and women in Kitimat are trying to keep fit these days. Keep fit classes have proved to be very popular here and YMCA gymnasium has been the scene of men and women working at gymnastic excercises. Bob ven der Hoop is one of these men and women who work regularily at the 'Y'."
