The pool is located in the neighborhood play area between Hawk and Heron Streets, and is the second neighborhood pool constructed by the Lions' Club for Kitimat youngsters. Both pools, on completion, were turned over to the municipality for operation under the municipal recreation program. Pool supervisors are provided by the municipal playground staff during the two month summer holiday period each year.
