(Mae) Handfort and John McLachlan shown above checking public adress installations for the Alcan show the evening of July 1. The days program of events nin this years being sponsored and co-ordinated by Kitimats Kiwanis club, memebers of which has been hard at work over past several months on plans to make it a "red letter" day for everyone in the community. Day starts with a Kiwanis pancake breakfast followed by a car relay, the July 1 parade, sports events and winding up with the shoiw at 8pm.
