En listing in Toronto, he has had a varied career with administrative and special duties in the East and in Vancouver, where he was in charge of the customs and excise branch of the RCMP before his transfer to Prince Rupurt Sub-division, Sergeant Duggon played professional football In the East as centre of the Ottawa Roughriders in 1942. Sergeant Duggan succeeds staff Sergeant J.F. Gregory who has been transfered to Prince Rupurt.
