Roy Wilcox Elementary School, originally known as Whitesail School, was constructed in 1958 and held classes from 1963 until 2011.

Coil-bound memory book for Roy Wilcox Elementary School, created by Denise Pedro (parent of a student) upon its closing in 2011. Includes history of the school, casual photos of students, Japanese paper crane project, and formal group photos of staff and classes.

"Wrapping up final details for campeign to promote the visit of Vancouver Symphony Orchestra to Kitimat are left to right Roy Wilcox, Mrs. John Harvard, Louis Mowbray, and Mrs.David Morton, members of the Kitimat Concert ASsociation Committee. The 81 piece Orchestra conducted by Meredith Davies will arrive by charter flight for the concert at Mount Elizabeth auditorioum Tuesday, March 30. Tickets are availabe now from any member of the association.
