Sentinel photographer Walter Suessmayor found them (above) trying to figure out where to attack. They dug through the wall showing curving from the roof and he got the second shot below.

Caption reads: "Best Agreement We Could Get" - Reading New Agreement drawn up between Steelworkers and Aluminum Company, Wally Ross, union staff representative, urged its acceptance before a crowded membership meeting Saturday in Riverlodge cafeteria. Evening and early morning meetings were held. Members voted overwhelmingly in favor of the new contract.
