Danby, DSO, OBE, Canadian Army; A.C Turney; Air commodore W.W. Bean, OBE, CD, RCAF; R. Duder of the Department of External Affairs. There were 28 members of the Defense college course on the tour, which took place in the Kitimat Smelter and the Kemano power plant.
