Notes
Caught by the camera as they came down the aisle of the Frist United Church following their wedding. The bride, the former Hilary Goodwin, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. T.R. Goodwin of Chester, England. Peeking past the bride is her little flower girl, Adrienne Bode, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Miles Bode of Kitimat. Rev. Malcolm Galbraith officiated at the 7 p.m. ceremony. Constable and Mrs. Zahodnik will reside in Terrace where he is attached to the Terrace detachment, RCMP.

Photo showing Kitimat residents who received Canadian Citizenship at recent Citizenship Court held by Judge J.T. Harvey. (L/R) Dimitrius Theocharis, Jorgen Wedseltoft, Maria Theocharis, Manfred Wagner, Palmira de Maia, Lionell Chioccarello, Gertrud Wagner, Ynakje Vantol, Ida Chioccarello, Johannes Vantol, Karl Heinz Pfurte, Gisella Bors, Wilhelm Bors, Umberto Santucci. Missing are Ersilio Zabot and H.K.H. Staff. The 16 new citizens were welcomed by Rev. Malcolm Galbraith and refreshments were served by the United Church Women. Special guest at the ceremony were six students from Cormorant Elementary School with teacher, Ian Powell.
