NSP Article - Elizabeth's Beauty Beckons - How many Kitimatians returning from work along the Smeltersite road have thought of capturing this view of Mount Elizabeth? The mountain, still holding snow in the cirque, stands clear of clouds these days, beckoning to those ambitious climbers who intend to tackle her slopes on Labour Day weekend. A trail has been blazed part of the way to the mountain's base but a hike to Mount Elizabeth still requires expert woods knowledge.
