Scope and Content: Alcan smelter employees returning to work after layoffs due to plant shut down caused by a rock slide in Kemano tunnel. (Rock Fall in the Kemano Power tunnel 65' long, 140' high, and 125 cubic yards of material) cut off power to Kitimat plant. Only after a dewatering of the tunnel, was power restored.
