K& E Survey Level: Used on Aluminum Co. surveys in early years of construction. Mr. Le Franc came to Kitimat in 1954. He purchased this item from the company when the equipment had been sold off. Alcan had over 300 people on the survey. Crane Operator License: Aluminum Company of Canada Ltd. Crane operators badge.
