Crown of hat is slightly warped out of shape. Small brownish stain near one of the seams on the crown - about 5 cm to the upper left of the word 'ROAD.' Similarly coloured stain on underside of brim.

Public Description
Grey wool undershirt (982.26) and safety goggles (992.10.1) were required dress for a smelter potline worker, 1954 on. Wool underwear was worn as a deterrent to hot metal burns. Donated by Ernest Goebel. Safety goggles donated by Della Bourque.
