The project was sponsored by the Department of Indian Affairs, Ministry of Fisheries and Ministry of the Environment. The helicopter sank in 1993, but action to pull it out wasn't started until 1995. Dates that it was pulled are listed as June 2 evening and June 3 morning on original envelope.
