Photograph of George Thom, president of the Kitimat Kiwanis club, is pictured to the left extending a thank you message to the many clubs and individuals who participated in the Dominion day activities. A lovely setting of the 1964 Miss Kitimat and princesses along with the candidates completed the scene. From left to right is Terry Stevenson, Miss YMCA, Connie Conrad, Miss Kitimat car club and 1965 princess, Cathy Seaby, Miss Lions club and 1965 princess, Ruth Southcott, Miss Kiwanis club, Berv Mckay, 1964 princess, Louise Sigouin, Miss Kitimat 1064, Doreen Richards, Miss Hellenic society, Elizabeth Anderson, Miss Normads car club, and Molly Edwards, Miss Kitimat 1965.
