Photograph of Shevaune Monro, 6, and her brother, Danny, 4, visited Santa Claus in the City Centre Mall, Saturday. Santa said he spoke to over 1000 children during his visit and added that many youngsters delivered letters containing requests for Christmas gifts in person. Children who missed the opportunity to give Santa their gift list may send their Christmas letters to The Northern Sentinel office in Kitimat or Terrace. the newspaper will share some of the letters with its readers and then forward the mail to Santa at the North Pole.
