Nightingale, L.A. president; Branch secretary Winnie Gray, president Wally Bishop; past president Wilf Owen, 1st vice-president Ron Thompson; and 2nd vice-president John Bunn. Due to elected to inclement weather the L.A. zone representive Mrs. Pat Anderson and zone commander Kaulbeck were unable to attend. Winnie Gray acted as installing officer on their behalf."
