"NINE year old Jane Vrooman, left, and her companions, Laurie and Terry Crozier, right, worked hard Saturday to get Jane's Dalamation dog, Danny, to show some interest in the annual spring thrift sale sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary to the Kitiamt General Hospital. Going through a trunk of oddments for the sale, the trio thought Danny might be a drawing card. He solemnly refused to offer himself. Although he's not included, there'll be a wide assortment when the sale starts at 10 a.m. April 22 in the Anglican church hall." Patzelt Photo
