The mountain, still holding snow in the cirque, stands clear of clouds these days, beckoning to those ambitious climbers who intend to tackle her slopes on Labour Day weekend. A trail has been blazed part of the way to the mountain's base but a hike to Mount Elizabeth still requires expert woods knowledge.
