Cut out window in front, so that you can see commemorative text written on cards. These stone hammers are black, and each has its own shape. (1) 72.91.1 -Stone-age hammer - 18 x 8 x 8 cm. - very crude. (2) 71.91.2 - Mortor-like artifact - 10 cm.high and 9 cm. wide. (3) 71.91.3 - Pestle-like artifact - 26.6 x 6.4 cm.

K& E Survey Level: Used on Aluminum Co. surveys in early years of construction. Mr. Le Franc came to Kitimat in 1954. He purchased this item from the company when the equipment had been sold off. Alcan had over 300 people on the survey.
