They are children of Greek couples living in Kitimat and depend on the periodic visits of a pirest from the Greek Orthodox Church, Vancouvar, for their christening services and marriage ceremonies, Rev.H.Gavalos of Vancouver has been here for the past week visiting Kitimat's Greek Community. Among his duties while he was here were several baptisms and weddings."

"Specially - designed Baptismal Font: Described by its Pastor as "the most beautiful building in Kitimat," the Reedeemer Lutheran church at Kingfisher and Nalabila will hold its first service in the new church building is of simple frame structure, sheathed with cedar siding. Building has an assembly rrom with seating capacity of 260, a kitchen, a committee room and parlour, two offices, lavatories, heating facilities, and a large entrance vestibule.
