Association raised $6000 by a community canvass to purchase the insturment for Kitimat, an unusually musical town because of many residents with European background. Heavy horizontal creases all across item. Brownish residue on top left-hand side of front cover. Yellow glue residue and pieces of brown paper on back cover, presumably from having been attached to a scrapbook page. Green pen marks also on back cover near the top. Two chunks have been ripped out of the back cover along the outer edge. Text on inside of second page is faded in some areas.
