Second visit here was made Tuesday by Ralph Baker, left, president of Standard Oil of B.C. Accompanied by company vice-president E.A. Bence, Mr. Baker is touring the province. A visitor in Kitimat's early days, Mr. Baker said the "extensive growth and expansion... is amazing." The town planning is "so far advanced it is possible to visualize what is in progress and what is to come," he said.
