Photo showing - poor summer weather, cut the number of entries sharply in this year's Rotary Flower Show, held in the Anglican Church Hall. The above photo shows a group checking entries in the potted plant section of the competition. At left is Mrs. M.H. Buchal, winner of the grand aggregate trophy, the Rotary Club's Rose Bowl. She scored the highest number of points with her entries of flowering and foliage plants.
