Comparing notes on all they had seen during the day were these delegates of the sixth Mining and Metallurgical Congress who visited here Wednesday as part of their whirl-wind Canadian tour. Photograph of visitors from Brazil visited Kitimat last week, mainly out of interest in hydro-electric power operations since the men are employed by Brazillian Traction Henrique Francisco Smolka, left, and Mrs. Smolka, who accompanied him, are from Rio deJaneiro and Vincente Oliver Martinez, third member of the party, resides in Sao Paulo. They stopped in for a brief chat at The Sentinel before leaving and are seen, above, examining map of B.C. coastline.
