Photograph of the guests of honour at a dinner for the National Defence College visitors to Kitimat. At the top table at the Rod and Gun club function. Left to right are J.S. Shakespeare, col. E.D. Danby, DSO, OBE, Canadian Army; A.C Turney; Air commodore W.W. Bean, OBE, CD, RCAF; R. Duder of the Department of External Affairs. There were 28 members of the Defense college course on the tour, which took place in the Kitimat Smelter and the Kemano power plant.
