The 'sticks' are made of cylindrical rock core samples from the mountains near Kemano, and are marbled black-and-white in colour. The underside of each base is covered in green felt.

Hand-cranked, wall-mounted telephone made of dark brown wood. Has a black handset attached to the box via a brown cord. Two black metal bells are affixed to the 'top,' with a crank on the right-hand side and a lever or pedal on the left. 'TUNNEL' written in capital letters across the front.
