D. Hayes (secretary of the Canadian Club), Harry Jomini (Rotary Club vice president), Lydia Proos and her daughter, Edwin Hein. Acting Reeve Matt E. Gooding addressed the 5 new citizens in the court; Judge William O. Fulton of Prince Rupert presented the certificates following an introduction by Graham Wright.

Mayer Sam Lindsay, right, presented a plague on behalf of the people of Kitimat to the ex-Reeve as his wife smiles happily. Other presentations were made by Bob Kraft- a carving set om behalf those present- and by Aubrey Creed a life membership in the Kitimat yacht club in appreciation of services rendered by the ex- commadore.

Linton. 87 Swan, who pushed a pram across the elevated walkway the first day the ramp was completed. At the ceremony Friday, Reeve Matt Gooding asked Mrs. Linton to cute the ribbon to make the opening of the structure. After snipping the big red bow, Mrs. Linton said she was sure it would be a boon to all pedestrians but particularly mothers with small children.
