Three cassette copies, three digital cd copies. Textual records consist of typewritten and hand-edited versions of the stories on the tapes, by Gisela Mendel.
Museum curator Gisela Mendel recorded Jeff Legaik (Haisla Chief) telling Haisla stories. She then transcribed the tapes, then created 'Kitamaat Stories'. The tapes were copied onto new cassettes. In 2015 the recordings were digitized onto cds.

In World War II she ferried soldiers to troopships in San Francisco Bay. Today, Delta King sits in an earthen way protected from the sea by a coffer dam. Her boilers heat hospital. school and other buildings on the shore. Some 200 men live aboard. Delta King, anchored in the sand, is a sister to Delta Queen, which plies the Mississippi. The stateroom window frames the cranes on Alcan's wharf.'
