Photo showing Leo Angerer, 78 Kootenay, winner of the slalom & giant slalom at Skoglund's Hotsprings Resort, is pictured above receiving his trophies from Charlie Crawford, the Hotsprings General Manager, Leo's time for the slalom was 1.33 5/10 seconds and for the giant slalom 42.7 seconds. Notes: at that particular time, Hotsprings was owned and operator by Ray Skoglund 1958 -1985. 1985 Bert Orleans bought the Hotsprings until the present. The skiing program was not long term at the Hotsprings due to the climate change.
