Brown leather strap known as a woggle, used for fastening a Boy Scout neckerchief (2024.3.2). One side is smooth, darker brown, and has a fleur-de-lis symbol in the middle, a plastic button 'cap' at one end, and the metal button 'stud' at the other. The underside is unfinished, lighter-coloured leather, with the silver bottoms of the buttons visible, and the handwritten initials 'KW.'
