They won the challenge with a final win over the Jim Sherstan rink of Kitimat, but lost a "C" flight final to the Dave Lecompte rink of Kitimat. Along with few tons of aluminum ingot the float included the log pictured above. Clearing the overpass with only inches to spare the big fellow weighed in at 50,000 LBS, was over 200 years old and had 5,000 board feet of dressed lumber, enough to build a fair sized house.
