Kitimat's partin Toesin '61 is to maintain communications with federal and provincial governments and to pass on information to municipal departments. Above personnel officer. Norman Miller (right), Jack Shepherd (quarter master), and Paul Dyer (radiation monitor), rehearse their parts.
