Strachan construction of Kitimat was lowbidder on the two storey structure, 154 feet long by 22 feet wide which will also contain a restaurant and laundry room. Above, Mr. Filbey and Mr. Strachans superintendent Ralph Hall are seen in front of the building which is expected to be completed by July 1 and which will cost $200,000 including furnishings.
