The display put together by the Electrical Department was one of the most popular amoung those of the younger generation. It wasn't just something to look at but something one could get involved in.

"The fourth pack of brownies display an afghan at the Thinking Day Tea for brownies held last Saturday. The afghan was finally completed this year after a few years of spool kinitting and plain knitting by the brownies."

"WHITESAIL SCHOOL special primary class students really caught the spirit of Halloween this year with this ghost and witch-laden display at the school. The 10 youngsters in the class all took a hand in its making under their teacher Mrs. Verbena Donati.
