History / Biographical
Skuce was an outdoorsman and fisherman who lived at the Tahtsa Lake headquarters with his wife, Helen, in the early 1950s. His job was to control the flow of water going through the Kemano tunnel to power the aluminum smelter in Kitimat. (See Kitimat Ingot, Vol. 24, No. 5, March 11th 1977, pg. 6).
