Biographical Notes
Max Patzelt was a member of the Kitimat Volunteer Fire Department from 1957 to 1972. He also worked as a photographer and served in many other community organizations.
Lid was used for covering mixing bowl while dough was rising. Mechanism is a piece of the bowl. It is the handle part for mixing dough by hand. Brand name " Eclipse".
